Civil Engineering Design and Technology
Civil Engineering Design and Technology course offers a comprehensive learning opportunity for most of the components in today’s road/highway engineering practice. It covers road engineering analysis, calculations and highway design principles using state of the art design software programs such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, Primavera, MS Project, Timberline and InRoads. This program also trains students with design project experience in highway and road systems. Upon successful completion of this program, a student will be conferred a college diploma and be able to perform a variety of design and related functions in a working environment.

CNC and MasterCAM Technology
The CNC and MasterCAM Technology course at Metro College of Technology focuses on training students to do CNC programming manually and using MasterCAM. CNC technology is widely used to manufacture metal, wooden and plastic parts. It is on its way to completely replacing the traditional method of manufacturing.

Students will be exposed to a production environment via co-op placement so that they have opportunity to apply their knowledge and develop their working skills and experiences. Mechanical Engineering Design
In this Mechanical Engineering Design course, students will learn mechanical design principles, North American design standards, and computer aided design programs such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Autodesk Inventor and Pro/E (Creo).
