This 27 weeks Accounting and Payroll Administrator program provides practical training in office management practices, including operations, structure and functions, problem solving relative to people, equipment and procedures, and accounting practices including accounts payable/ receivable, trial balances, bookkeeping, journal entries, and payroll administration. The Pharmacy Technician Program at CTS College combines online distance learning, a campus-based skills camp and a work placement component to prepare you for career opportunities in the pharmacy industry. Developed under the counsel of the Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP), our program is designed to prepare you to sit the Structured Practical Training (SPTs), Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) Jurisprudence and Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) qualifying exams. Successful graduates will be eligible to become a regulated pharmacy technician in Canada.

The online portion of the program features web-conferencing, instructor-led lectures and activities that promote interaction and collaboration with your classmates – all done within the comfort of your own home! Upon successful completion of the program students write a comprehensive final exam set out by the National Association of Career Colleges(NACC).

This 46 weeks diploma program prepares the graduate for administrative positions working in medical environments including clinics, hospitals, physician’s offices, physiotherapists and many more. Graduates will possess strong office administrative and computer skills combined with a basic understanding of anatomy, pathology and pharmacology. Graduates will use appropriate terminology when dealing with medical staff and clients/patients and will be able to assist medical staff with the care and administration of patients. Graduates will be prepared to produce transcribed reports and process computerized OHIP billing and associated documentation.
